Shipping information

We are a Sydney-based small business, delivering Australia-wide. Standard shipping to metro areas is $10.95 per order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing the order and will typically arrive in 2-6 business days (varies upon location). Once your gift box is on its way, you will receive tracking details via email.

Can I pay for express shipping?

Of course! Select express shipping at check out for the cost of $15.95 and your gift will be received within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

What time will the delivery be made? 

When it comes to delivery time frames, we want to make sure you're informed about what to expect. Our courier's standard delivery times are between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries may occasionally be made outside of these hours at couriers discretion with no notice during busy periods. We understand that you may have a preference for a specific delivery time, but unfortunately, they are unable to accommodate these requests for specific delivery times.

Can I redirect my order?

Once your order has been packed, we are unable to redirect your order to another address. Please check the delivery address before completing your order.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

If it's safe to do so, the couriers will leave your gift box in a secure location. If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, your gift box will be taken to a collection point (such as Australia Post) and a missed delivery card will be left.

Can I cancel the order?

Once the order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Email info@thepoppyonline.com if you have any questions.

Can the order be exchanged or refunded upon receipt?

No we do not accept exchanges or refunds. However, if there is a quality issue with an item in the box, we would be more than happy to assist. Please email info@thepoppyonline.com.

Care instructions:​

 

Necklace. The best way to avoid tarnishing the necklace is to take care when handling and storing your jewellery. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and keep it in a dry place when not worn. It should be taken off during exercise and any other exposure to water.

​

​Candle. Trim the wicks if required and place the candle on a heat proof dish. Never leave a candle unattended when lit.

 

​​Mini bouquet of dried & preserved flowers. Keep the flowers dry and out of direct sunlight.
